If you see an UNCLAIMED watermark appearing on your digital badge or certificate, you need to complete your account profile.

Click on the "log in here" link appearing on the pop-up message box as shown in the figure above. Enter the email address (the one you received the cert) and password (given in the email, or your existing password if you already have an account) to log in.

If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password? link, enter your email address, and click the Request Password button. An email will be triggered, check your mailbox for the link to reset the password. If you don't see the email after a while, please check your junk/spam mailbox, the email may be classified as junk/spam email by your email server. Please mark it as not junk/spam. Click the link given in the email to reset your password.

After logging in, you should be on My Profile page. If not, click Account > My Profile from the side menu (as shown below). Complete the profile and save. Reload your digital badge/cert page, it should appear without a watermark now.
